1. Made-to-Order Products

All MatchyWear products are printed on demand and produced specifically for each order.

Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size or color

  • Changing your mind after placing or receiving an order

  • Personal preferences regarding fit or style

  • Accidentally ordering the wrong design or quantity

Please review the product description, size chart, color selection, and shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, we are happy to help.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue, include:

  • Your name and email address used at checkout

  • A brief description of the problem

  • Clear photos showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

Once we review your request, we may offer a free replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

3. Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not offer standard size or color exchanges.

4. Order Cancellations and Changes

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible.

If you need to cancel your order or change the size, color, design, or shipping address, please contact us immediately.

We will do our best to accommodate your request before production begins, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Once an order has entered production, it generally cannot be canceled or modified.

5. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please check the tracking information and contact us.

Claims for lost packages should be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will investigate the issue with our fulfillment and shipping partners. If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

If an order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us so we can review the situation.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error.

7. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method.
